Ghana starlet Nasiru Mohammed will undergo a medical at  BK Hacken next week ahead of a move to the Swedish side, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.Â
The Ghana U20 midfielder had trials with English giants Manchester City in May and Hacken have agreed to sign the 18-year-old.
Nasiru is expected to travel to Goteborg next week and undergo the medical before penning the deal.
Hacken agreed to allow the former Ghana U17 captain to remain with the Black Satellites for the African Youth qualifier against  Uganda.
He will join Black Stars striker Abdul Majeed Waris.
