Ghanaian defender Abdul Yusif buzzing over transfer to Estonian side Paide Linnameeskond

Former Ghana youth defender Abdul Razak Yusif has indicated his joy over his transfer to Estonian Meistriliiga club Paide Linnameeskond.

Yusif joined the Eesti Barcelonians from Ghanaian lower-tier side Densu Rovers in the ongoing transfer window.

The centre-back signed for the club long ago but the club held on with the announcement due to the coronavirus crisis.

He took to social media to register his delight over the move.

"I’m excited to join @paidelinnameeskond to begin a new phase of my career, praise be to the Almighty Allah, to the various development teams that brought the best in me especially Neta Fc, Tanga fc ,Densu Rovers and among others.Words cannot describe how I feel and how grateful I am, I will always be part of the team.Standing here wouldn't have been possible without a supportive family, friends and management @imani_sem , @modousticpr that has consistently and tirelessly worked towards this day,I'm humbled and grateful!

Paide Linnameeskond will play in next season's UEFA Europa League and that will be a good exposure for the versatile defender.

He played for Ghana at the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup in India.usif  was once monitored by clubs likes Olympiqye Lyon, FC Copenhagen and Vitesse.
