German-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Kohn scored a vital goal as Willem II drew with Cambuur to keep their survival hopes alive before the final game of the season.
Kohn's 55th minute strike cancelled Sekou Sylla's 43rd minute lead as teams around them in the drop all suffered defeats.
The draw means a victory on the final day could keep them in the league if Fortuna Sittard and Sparta Rotterdam all lose their matches.
The 23-year-old has been an integral member of Willem II since joining from German giants Bayern Munich in the summer of 2020.
He has scored a goal and provided an assist in 30 matches this season.
Kohn was born in Hamburg to Ghanaian parents and remains eligible to play for Ghana.
