Ghanaian defender Gideon Baah extends Shakhter Karagandy contract by six months

Ghanaian defender Gideon Baah has renewed his contract at Shakhter Karagandy by a further six months.

Baah, 29, will remain with the Miners until December 31, 2021.

The former Asante Kotoko star joined the Kazakhstani Premier League side in January 2020 from FC Honka.

He has impressed heavily in 19 appearances for the side - leading to the decision to extend his stay.

The Ghanaian left-back has previously played for HJK Helsinki, New York Red Bull as well as Belarusian club Gomel.
