Ghanaian defender Sam Mensah is delighted with his start of the season with Ostersunds FK in the Swedish second tier.

The 23-year-old has played every single minute of Ostersunds’ season so far.

Mensah is satisfied with the side’s collective performance despite a not too flamboyant record so far in the Swedish Supperttan.

“We have started the season on a good note, played four games drawn three and won one and I have played all the four games,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“I am in a good shape so I need to keep working harder and help my team in any game that we will play.

“We playing our next game on Saturday against Jonkopings and we are ready and waiting to fight for the win as we did against Gais last week in the 3-1 win.”

The Right to Dream Academy graduate helped Ostersunds to win back-to-back promotion within two seasons.

The side now lies sixth in the Swedish second tier.
