Finnish club FF Jaro have strengthened their squad with the signing of Dutch-Ghanaian right-back Robin Polley, who has agreed to a contract extending through the 2025 season.

Polley, 26, brings a wealth of experience and resilience, having played in the Dutch Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie, as well as overcoming significant injuries in recent years.

Born in the Netherlands to Ghanaian parents, Polley is no stranger to football excellence.

His father, a former professional player, amassed over 150 appearances in the Dutch and Belgian first divisions.

Polley honed his skills in Feyenoord’s renowned youth academy before moving to ADO Den Haag in 2018, where he gained valuable top-flight experience.

He later played for FC Dordrecht, Heracles Almelo, and Telstar, showcasing his talent across various levels of Dutch football.

Polley’s journey to Jaro marks a fresh chapter. After enduring injury setbacks, he is eager to rebuild his career in the calm and focused environment the club offers.

"FF Jaro is the best option for me right now. Here, I can fully focus on football," said Polley.

The coaching staff has already been impressed by Polley’s speed, skill, and professionalism during training sessions.

His positive personality and strong command of English have also made a quick integration into the team seamless.
