Ghanaian duo of Daniel Amartey and Jeff Schlupp were in action as Leicester City defeated Norwich 1-0 to extend their lead at the top of the English Premier League to five points.

Leonardo Ulloa's 89th-minute goal extended Leicester's lead at the top of the Premier League and denied Norwich a deserved draw.

Amartey started the game for the English Premier League leaders from his unusual position of right-back.

He was substituted in the second-half after excelling in the match and showing great composure in his debut in the Premier League.

Fit-again Schlupp came on as a second-half substitute after recovering from injury.

Until the goal, the Leicester were facing the prospect of losing top spot if either of Arsenal or Tottenham won on Sunday.

The victory ensured they are guaranteed to remain at the summit with 11 games remaining.
