Ghanaian attacker Ernest Asante has emerged as a target for Cypriot outfit Doxa Katokopias in the summer transfer window.
Asante, currently a free agent after his contract with Omonia Nicosia expired, could join their rivals for the 2022/23 season.
The former FC Nordsjaelland attacker was a key player for Omonia but decided to leave at the end of last season.
Doxa are set to meet the player and his representatives over a possible deal before the window shuts.
Asante scored two goals in nine games in 2022 for Omonia Nicosia before leaving in July.
