French born Ghanaian forward Grejohn Kyei produced an outstanding performance in RC Lens' 1-0 defeat to Red Star in the French Ligue 2 on Monday night.
The 23 year old was a constant threat to the defence of Red Star but could not just find the back of the net in the 78 minutes he lasted on the pitch.
The attacker was later replaced by Moroccan forward Achraf Bencharki but the story of the game could not change as a resolute Red Star became hard to break.
Kyei has now played ten times for Lens this season and has scored two goals for the club in Ligue 2.
Despite the defeat Lens are fifth on the table just three points away from promotion spot.
