Ghanaian forward Johnatan Opoku to stay at De Graafschap

Ghanaian attacker Johnatan Opoku will stay at Dutch second tier side De Graafschap for another season.

The 31-year-old is expected to stay for another season after finishing 3rd in the Eerstse Divisie last season.

De Graafschap have ambitions of earning promotion to the topflight and are eager to keep the experienced forward.

Opoku joined the club in the summer of 2020 on a two-year deal with the option of extending for another year.

Last season, he played 30 matches including the promotion play-offs.
