Ghanaian forward Kevin Prince-Boateng misses Hertha Berlin training

Ghanaian forward Kevin Prince-Boateng missed Hertha Berlin's training on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old did not take part in training as manager Pal Dardai reduces the work load on the veteran.

Prince-Boateng is fit but he has to be managed to avoid unexpected injuries.

“We have to shake ourselves and move on. I clearly told the players what was not okay, they now have to put things together and fight back. But the way I saw it, everyone assumed," Pal Dardai told the club's website.

“Márton and 'Peka' started the game slightly beaten, but will be back on Wednesday. Cunha has thigh problems and had to stop, Santi will be in a day or two back again and Prince, as planned regenerated," he added.

Kevin Prince-Boateng rejoined his boyhood club in the summer transfer window after failing to extend his stay with Italian outfit AC Monza.
