Ghanaian attacker Kingsley Boateng has described PSV Eindhoven's Memphis Depay as a phenomenal talent after playing against him in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Boateng, 20, has been talking about his experience from the Dutch top-flight after netting his debut league goal over the weekend for NAC Breda and helping them to a 1-0 win at Dordrecht.

The former AC Milan starlet has enjoyed ups and downs in the early season with Breda including a 6-1 battering at the hands of giants PSV Eindhoven, a game in which Memphis Depay hit a brace.

And, his performance in that game is still drawing praises from Boateng.

"They have a very nice team. Depay on the left is phenomenal. Every time he has the ball, he invents new things. That guy is really strong," he described the Dutch World Cup star.

Depay, like Boateng, is of a Ghanaian roots but has committed his international future to the Netherlands and played for the Oranjes at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Boateng on the other hand has been contacted about committing his international future to Ghana but he is still representing Italy at U21 level.
