Ghanaian forward Kwame Yeboah completes loan move to German lower-tier side Fortuna Köln
Australian-born Ghanaian forward Kwame Yeboah has joined German third-tier side Fortuna Köln on loan from Borussia Monchengladbach ahead of the upcoming season.
Yeboah joined Borussia U23 side in January 2014 from Brisbane Roar and went on to score 13 in 52 appearances at a span of four years.
The 24-year-old was then shipped on loan to SC Paderborn 07 last term to continue his development, making 11 appearances and registering just two goals to aid their promotion to Bundesliga 2.
He has joined Fortuna Köln in pre-season.
