Ghanaian forward Latif Blessing came off the bench to help Los Angeles FC draw with Los Angeles Galaxy on Saturday in the MLS.

The former Liberty Professionals winger came on to replace Christian Ramirez in the 64th minute with the game at 1-1.

The 21 year old made an impact in the derby dubbed "El Trafico" as the two sides settled for a point each.

Former Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic opened the scoring for LA Galaxy in the 15th minute to peg the expansion side on the back-foot.

However, a revived LAFC pressed to get the equalizer in the 51st minute through former Arsenal forward Carlos Vela.

Latif Blessing was introduced by Bob Bradley in the second half and his impact was immediately felt when he pulled out some great saves from the LA Galaxy goalkeeper.
