German born Ghanaian forward Prince Osei Owusu registered his first goal for 1860 Munich in their win over VfR Aalen on Sunday in the Bundesliga II.

Owusu joined the Lions in the winter transfer window from Armenia Bielefield, but has taken less time to settle in the Munich club.

After registering an assist on his debut for the club in the defeat to Bundesliga II leaders Osnabruck, the striker climbed off the bench in the 63rd minute to grab the winner for 1860.

Luca Schnellbacher scored for the visitors three minutes after the break only for Daniel Wein to pull parity with six minutes left on the clock.

Owusu, who came on for Markus Ziereis in the 63rd minute pounced on a S. Mölders  assist with two minutes remaining to snatch all three points for his side.

The 22-year old is on a six month loan at 1860 Munich but the club has an option of making the switch a permanent one at the end of the season.
