Ghanaian midfielder Abdallah Basit is expected to leave Italian Serie B club Benevento before the summer transfer window closes.
Basit is not in the club's plans for this season and will go on loan again.
The 22-year-old is set to join the Liga C club AZ Picerno, where he will be given regular playing time.
He spent last season on loan at Serie C outfit Monterosi Tuscia FC. He played just nine games and produced one assist.
Basit joined Benevento in 2019 from Arezzo and has failed to live up to expectations.
Basit has spent the majority of his career in Italy. He began his career at Carpi U-19.
