Ghanaian midfielder Hans Nunoo Sarpei has commenced training with German Bundesliga 2 side FC Kaiserslautern ahead of possible switch, according to media reports.
The 18-year-old was close to finalizing a loan move to Dutch Eredivisie side VVV Venlo from newly promoted German Bundesliga outfit VfL Stuttgart after impressing on a prolonged trial.
However, the move hit a snag after the Venlo failed to secure him a work permit hence had to return to parent club ahead of the season.
And according to media reports, the former Liberty Professionals teenager has been given the green light by Stuttgart to train with FC Kaiserslautern in a bid to seal a loan switch.
Hans Nunoo Sarpei is the nephew of former Black Stars lateral defender Hans Sarpei.
