Ghanaian midfielder King Osei Gyan has signed for newly-promoted Swedish Allsvenskan side Halmstads.
The 25-year-old has been available on a free transfer after ending his contract with Norwegian top-flight side Viking last November.
“I’m very excited and very, very happy. I have been enjoying life here this week and cooperation with the team and coaches,†Gyan told HBK’s website.
Gyan joined Viking in 2011 and played for three seasons and before that had made 57 appearances for Germinal Beershot in the Belgian top flight.
