Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boateng scored the consolation goal for Alcorcon in their 3-1 defeat at home to Real Oviedo in the Spanish Segunda on Friday.
Boateng, 27, pulled a goal back after Borja Sanchez and Edgar Barcenas had scored on 11th and 15th minutes respectively.
The combative Ghanaian midfielder got on the scoresheet in the 22nd minute but that was enough as Edgar Barcenas got his second on the day.
Boateng was replaced b Daniel Romera on the hour mark as his side remain 10th on the Segunda Division table.
