Ghanaian striker Francis Atuahene says he's adapted to life quickly since joining USL Championship side San Diego Loyal on loan from FC Dallas.

The 23-year-old hits the ground running since he made the switch, scoring two goals in two matches before the suspension of football due to the deadly coronavirus.

The forward has already garnered the attention of the championship team, causing massive problems for the opposing defenders.

When asked about his adaptation process going at San Diego, he responded has settled in quickly.

"Honestly, it's going great. Great teammates, great coaches and fans are amazing. I'm still learning about the city, but so far so good," he said

"My expectations are always the same, which are to help my team win, improve with my teammates and obviously play for the city. Right now I am patiently waiting for the season to come back and when it comes we will continue where we were." he said

Atuahene was previously on loan with Austin Bold FC before he made his way to the USL Championship outfit.
