Ghanaian attacker Joel Fameyeh finished the season on a high as he scored for FC Orenburg in their final Russian Premier League game.

The 23-year-old's goal was enough for FC Orenburg who secured an impressive 1-0 victory away at Dynamo Moscow on Wednesday.

However, makes no difference as Orenburg have been relegated from the top-flight league.

Fameyeh scored the only goal in the 29th minute when he headed into a net a good cross by Andrey Malykh.

The goal means Fameyeh finishes the season with eight goals in 25 appearances across all competitions.

The former WA All Stars star contracted the deadly coronavirus but recovered to score two goals to wrap up the season.
