Ghanaian teenage sensation Richmond Antwi is close to joining Baroka FC in South Africa

Ghanaian youngster Richmond Antwi is set to complete a move to South African side Baroka FC, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Antwi is set to travel to South Africa on Thursday to undergo medicals ahead of his move to the Polokwane based club.

The Ghanaian prodigy parted ways with Sudanese champions Al Merrikh SC after mutually terminating their contract with two months remaining.

Antwi will put pen paper to paper on a permanent contract after successfully passing his medical examination with Baroka.

The 19-year-old was top scorer of the Sudanese Premier League in 2018/2019 where he netted 19 goals for Al Khartoum Al Watani.

He joined Al Merrikh halfway in the 2019/2020 season scoring 7 goals in 13 matches to help them clinch the Sudan Premiership title.
