Ghanaian teenager Daniel Owusu nets second goal of the season in Liefering defeat to Austria Lustenau

Ghanaian youngster Daniel Owusu was on target again for FC Liefering on Friday when they lost to Austria Lustenau in the Austrian 2. Liga.

Liefering suffered a 2-1 defeat at the Planet Pure Stadion in the round 3 match.

Owusu scored on his debut a fortnight ago when Liefering beat Kapfenberger SV at away in the opening fixture of the campaign.

The 18-year-old drew Liefering level in the 26th minute of the game after connecting a pass from Malian teenager Nene Dorgeles.

Pius Grabher had opened the scoring of the match two minutes earlier before Owusu found the back of the net.

Brazilian player Wallace Menezes dos Santos scored seven minutes from halftime to seal the win for Lustenau.

Compatriot Forson Amankwah also featured for Liefering as well as Austria-born Ghanaian Samson Baidoo.
