Ghanaian trio Daniel Kofi Agyei, Nii Nortey Ashong and Maxwell Boadu Acosty were in the Fiorentina's youth team which thrashed Varese 3-0 to advance to the semi-final of the Coppa Italia.
Striker Acosty got the opener for La Viola on the half hour mark before Panati and Bittante all added to the tally to complete a resounding victory.
Captain Daniel Kofi Agyei was influential in the holding midfield role while defender Nii Nortey Ashong was rock solid at the back.
Fiorentina will vie for ticket to play in the final with the winner of the Juventus-Lazio game.
