Ghanaian trio of Zakaria Issahaque, Wahidu Mumuni and Issah Ibrahim propelled Somali top side Elman SC to a third place finish in the Somalia Premier League

The three Upper West region football stars played a crucial role throughout the season for Elman SC and were key to their impressive display throughout the season

Issahaque made 17 league appearances for Elman SC out of 18 league matches playing as a centre back throughout the season scoring once with six assists throughout the season

Centre-back pair for the season, Mumuni also featured in 17 league matches out of 18 for Elman SC scoring twice in the process with two assists as well throughout the season

Attacker Ibrahim who joined Elman SC half way into the campaign also played two matches out of the nine final matches of the season in his maiden season in the Somali top flight league

Elman SC after 18 league matches played in the season finished 3rd with 34 points just 2 points behind champions Mogadishu City Club

Elman SC scored a total of 43 goals throughout the season conceding 23 goals in the process with 10 victories, 4 defeats and 4 draws throughout the season with only 3 clean sheets
