Ghanaian youngster Abdul Aziz Issah has met his favourite Barcelona player Lamine Yamal after training with the first team for the first time.

Issah, who joined the Spanish outfit's reserve team, Barca Atletic, on a season-long loan deal from Dreams FC, was invited alongside compatriot David Oduro to train with the first team on Saturday.

Before getting the invitation from Hansi Flick, Barcelona's manager, last season's CAF Confederation Cup revelation had spoken highly of the Spain Euro 2024 hero, stating his style of play is modeled like that of Yamal.

Issah finally got the opportunity to train and share a moment with the 17-year-old at the club's camp.

The talented forward, a member of Ghana's U20 African Games winning team, is expected to secure a permanent deal at the end of his loan spell with the Bluagranas.

Issah is yet to make his Barcelona B debut but following his impressive showing during training with the first team, it is likely, the teen sensation could be handed first team opportunities this season.
