Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Toku scores as Fremad Amager eliminate Brondby in Landspokal Cup

Ghana youth star Emmanuel Toku was on target for Fremad Amager as they eliminate Danish Superliga side Brondby IF in the Landspokal Cup.

Amager advanced to the quarter finals after recording 2-1 victory over Brondby after extra-time on Thursday.

The former Ghana U17 and U20 forward scored in the 26th minute to put Amager ahead.

Brondby levelled on the stroke of halftime with a finish from Michael Uhre.

Nigerian forward Samson Iyede scored in extra-time to ensure the Danish second-tier side overcome the top-flight side to progress in the competition.

Toku, 20, has now scored 9 goals and provided 3 assists in 18 appearances in all competitions for Amager this season.
