Ghanaian winger Seth Paintsil has completed a three-year move with Finnish top-flight side Jaro after successful trial with the top-flight side.

The 20-year-old moves from Ghana Premier League campaigners BA United after spending four weeks with the Finland side for a thorough observation by the clubs coaches.

His performances for the club since March has convinced the club to hand him the contract.

However, Paintsil must impress in the first season before the two remaining years on the contract will kick in.

The Ghanaian will stay the club until May 2018 if he manages to impress in the first season.

The financial details of the move were not revealed by Jaro.

Paintsil, who previously played for Ghana's U20 side Black Satellites, has been signed by Jaro to help them improve on their performances as they are currently 10th on the 12-team Finnish League table.

He made his debut for the club on Friday as he came on as a substitute in their 2-1 home defeat against RoPS in the Finnish Veikkausliga.
