AshantiGold midfielder Malik Akowuah will need to pass a late fitness pass this morning.

But head coach for the Princesses Kuuku Dadzie has no injury worries with the team well in shape for the multi-sports tournament.

The ladies bagged in 12 goals in two friendly matches in South Africa.

The Black Meteors open their campaign against Senegal on 5 September before facing defending champions Cameroon and Uganda.

The Princesses tackle silver-medalists South Africa, Cosafa champions Zimbabwe and Tanzania in Group B.
