Ghana's Black Maidens yet to receive 2016 World Cup qualification bonus

Ghana’s Under-17 female team are yet to receive their qualification bonuses for the 2016 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.

The country's sports ministry has gone dead silence on their financial obligation to the team despite arriving in Jordan for the global showpiece.

Coach Augustine Evans Adotey and his young troops beat Morocco to qualify for the 2016 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup.

 

The team will need to be motivated in other to progress from a difficult group made up Japan, USA and Paraguay.

The team will however be hoping to better their performance in 2012 where they won bronze in Azerbaijan.
