Techiman City FC darling boy Baba Mahama is the most consistent player in the GHANASoccernet.com Team of the Week with four appearances in seven matches.

Isahaku Konda of Wa All Stars makes it for the second time after breaking through with a stupendous performance against Hearts last week.

Coach CK Akonnor is our coach of the week after masterminding that solitary win over defending champions AshGold with our system for the week being 4:4:1:1 [4:4:2 variation]

1. Mozart Adjettey [GK] - Dreams FC He was superb in goal for the visitors. His quickness in post as well as his defensive organisational style made sure they did not concede. On top of that, he saved a penalty as well as pulling many breathtaking saves.

2. Zakaria Isahaku [TCFC] Very strong in the game for the home side. His surging runs on the flanks assisted Baba Mahama to torment Kennedy Appiah. His crosses were on point and his tackles excellent.

3. Malik Tahiru [Edubiase] Very active and influential in Edubiase's ability to secure a draw a point at the dreaded Red Bull Arena. His crosses on the left gave the WAFA defence  a goodbtest for the day.

4. Ahmed Adams [Kotoko] Ahmed Adams proved a jem in defence for the Porcupine Warriors when they launched a renaissance of their season. He scored the second goal for Kotoko and also made sure the Liberty attack was rendered impotent. For the records, he isnthe only Kotoko players who has started and finished all their seven matches so far.

5. Isahaku Konda [Wa All Stars] If you think his performance against Hearts last week was sheer luck,  then you got it wrong. Isahaku Konda displayed another MVP performance against Dwarfs and no wonder he win the accolade after the game.

6. Gockel Ahotor [Inter Allies] He scored for Inter Allies on Sunday against Bechem United. His midfield ingenuity ensured the visitors were not threatening. He assisted in fetching another goal despite scoring himself.

7. Samuel Tetteh [WAFA] He scored the opener against New Edubiase and also came closer to increasing the tally but for the for the swift reflexes of the Edubiase goalie.

8. Emmanuel Hayford [Dreams FC] He scored the side's only goal to secure all the three maximum points at Obuasi. He neutralised the midfield of the miners and executed exactly what h3 was instructed to do. He won the MVP as well.

9. Ropapa Mensah [Inter Allies] He scored one of the four goals scored against Bechem United. He won a penalty for the home side and assisted another goal. Obviously the striker of the week.

10. Baba Mahama [TCFC] He won the MVP in the game against Hearts. He forced applause from Kenichi Yatsuhashi on numerous occasions and made him unable to sit throughout the the game. He exposed the defensive lapses of Kennedy Appiah and gave the fans a good show for their money.

11. Prince Antwi [Edubiase] He scored the first goal WAFA has conceded this seaon at home. He was a tormentor for the WAFA defence and his swift inter-positional play made it difficult for the home side to contain him. He was the reason Edubiase came home with a point. The first team to secure a point away at The Red Bull Arena this season.
