Some Ghana Premier League Clubs want the week 28 fixtures postponed before they will release their players for the Black Stars and Black Meteors camps for next month's international friendlies.

The Black Stars opened camp last Friday but full training resumes on Monday with coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor expecting 30 players in camp.

The senior national team will play Morocco in Rabat on June 8th before hosting Ivory Coast on June 12 in Cape Coast.

Meanwhile, the Black Meteors are expected to travel to Japan this week to play South Korea and the Japanese U-23 team in international friendlies.

However, owners and managers of some clubs are reluctant to let their players leave especially at the crucial stage of the season.

Notable among these clubs is Hearts of Oak, who have three key players in the Black Meteors team. Talisman Ibrahim Salifu, former Ghana U-20 captain Afriyie Barnieh and goalkeeper Richmond Ayi are among the players named by Paa Kwesi Fabin.

In the senior national team, Joseph Adjei of Legon Cities, Danlad Ibrahim of King Faisal and Razak Abalora are expected to travel to Morocco with the Black Stars.

Kotoko and Hearts of Oak are battling for the Ghana Premier League title with King Faisal fighting for survival.
