Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Emmanuel Keyeker has joined Ghana Premier League newcomers FC Samartex.
The ex-Karela United player joins Samartex on a permanent deal ahead of the 2022/23 season after ending his stay at Asante Kotoko. He spent two season in Kumasi with the Porcupine Warriors.
"We are super excited to announce that terrific midfielder, Emmanuel Kayekeh, has joined us on a permanent deal. The midfielder whose quality has never been in doubt joins us on a free transfer," wrote Samartex confirming his arrival.
Keyekeh joins former Hearts of Oak defender Larry Sumaila as the club's latest signings.
Samartex will be participating in the topflight for the first time in history, and will open their campaign with a trip to Tamale to play Real Tamale Unied.
