Great Olympics have sued city-rivals Hearts of Oak after the latter breached the contract negotiations in the sale of midfielder Gladson Awako.
Hearts of Oak were supposed to pay Awako’s transfer fee in two instalments, the first on September 13 and the second to be paid on October 2, 2021, as stated by Oluboi Commodore.
The Phobians paid 50 percent of the transfer fee in the first instalment and per the agreement were supposed to make the other half during the second instalment or have the deal terminated.
Hearts of Oak failed to make payment on the said date and thus have breached their contract with Great Olympics.
In a letter sighted by GHanasoccernet.com, Olympics have dragged the Phobians to Court for breaching the contract.
