Guardiola committed to City cause

Despite speculation regarding his future at the Etihad Stadium, Pep Guardiola is adamant there is no other club he would rather be at than the Premier League campaign Manchester City.

The Spaniard has secured back-to-back titles with the Citizens, which has sparked interest in his services from abroad.

Serie A champions Juventus were linked with a move for the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss but Guardiola says he is more than happy staying with City and try to bring further success to the blue half of Manchester.

He told the club's official website: "There is no better place to play or do you job as a manager than here in England.

"Here the fans always support you. I remember my first year was difficult, the people support you.

"It is the ideal place to work, especially here. I felt in that in the first season when we didn’t win the title, how they supported me.

"I don't forget that."

Manchester City are 8/11 to win the Premier League title next season, while Liverpool are 5/2 to lift the trophy.
