Former Asante Kotoko SC midfielder Martin Antwi has completed a move to Guinean side Club Industriel de Kamsar on a short-term deal, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Antwi completed his transfer to the Guinean top-flight side on Wednesday after signing a one-year contract with an option to extend.

The 27-year-old joins Kamsar as a free agent after his contract with Kotoko expired in October 2020.

Antwi joined Kotoko in October 2018 on a two-year deal after having a spell in Egypt with FC Masr.

The former WAFA SC captain also played for Inter Allies FC in the Ghana Premier League before leaving for the Egyptian second-tier.

Antwi becomes the second Ghanaian footballer to seal a move to Kamsar after former Kotoko skipper Amos Frimpong who also joined recently.

Kamsar have been drawn against Ghana champions Hearts of Oak in preliminary stage of the CAF Champions League scheduled for September.
