Hearts of Oak were held to a 0-0 draw by arch rivals Asante Kotoko in Ghana's biggest match of the season on Sunday which was filled with colour and excitement associated with matches between the two sides.

The home side had promised to give the in-form visitors hell at the Accra Sports Stadiumbut the league leaders held their own.

It was a highly entertaining game with no clear dominance from both teams even though Kotoko edged it slightly on the balance of play.

The Phobians however played the entire second half without their talisman Uriah Asante due to an injury sustained in the 41st minute.

His place was taken by Samuel Enzemaba.
