Ghana defender Harrison Afful does not want to be drawn into speculations surrounding his future at Esperance.

The 26-year-old is reported to be on the radar of a number of European clubs following his impressive displays for the Tunisia giants over the past four years.

The former Asante Kotoko versatile player has downplayed the growing speculations surrounding his future and insists he’s only focused on his career at Esperance.

“Every player gets offers from time to time but as a professional footballer you must weigh the offers,” Afful told Asempa FM

“Before I came here, I had many offers but they were all paperwork and document.

“But I decided to join Esperance when they came out with the right offer.

“I have a contract with Esperance and that’s where my focus is. If an offer comes and it’s good for the club, I’m sure they will listen to it.

“But at the moment I’m focused on helping my club achieve success.

Afful was on target for his side in their 3-1 win over Club Africain in the big Tunisia derby on Sunday.
