Heart of Lions will host Heart of Oak on Sunday

Heart of Lions fans are planning a massive support ahead of their Premier League game against Heart of Oak on Sunday.

Lions who look a rejuvenated side this season so far with three wins, two draws and a lost in six matches looks are poised for victory against a Hearts side chasing the summit of the table  currently held by bitter rivals kotoko.

Having defeated Hearts of Oak 2-0 in their last visit to the Kpando Park, the fans are hoping nothing but victory against the forme African champions.

Lions Public Relations Manager Collins Odoom has revealed there are no injury concerns as compared to their opponent who are sweating on the availability of key players including Emmanuel Hayford, Stephen Tetteh, Obed Ansah and youngster Kenneth Okoro.

Lions will be relying heavy on its midfield dynamo Edmund Owusu Ansah and Kwadwo Poku for the deadly passes to the likes of Mohammed Tanko and Issac Quansah for the goals.

For the fans it is the right opportunity to equal their head to head record with the Phobians having won 6 of out of their last 14 meeting with Lions winning five.

The various Den leaders’ calls on their members to troop to the Kpando Park and cheer lions to victory against a resolute Accra Heart of Oak side. Lions sit fourth on the premier league table with 11 points.
