Hearts Chief Executive Fred Crentsil says he is yet to decide his long-term future with the club following his appointment as the vice president of the Ghana Football Association.

The astute football administrator got the top post in Tuesday’s election to replace deceased Jordan Anagbla.

Media reports have claimed the club’s Board of Directors may not renew his mandate when it expires on October 4 .

But  he says he yet to finalize his next line of action.

“I have a contract with Hearts till October 4 and up till then I’m undecided on my future,” Crentsil said

“I want to wait and see how it goes before I go public with my final decision.”

The former Sekondi Hasaacas Director came under pressure to quit his post prematurely after the Phobians ended last season without a silverware and his latest appointment could pave way for him to leave the club.

Those pushing for his exit argue he has done little to enhance the club’s brand.

His inability to land a headline and supporting sponsors to rival that of sworn rivals Asante Kotoko has been labeled as an unpardonable failure by section of the club fans.

He incurred the wrath of some supporters when he claimed he was begged into taken up the job when it became vacant.
