Hearts coach David Duncan was upbeat about his sideââ¬â¢s 1-1 draw at Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Phobians scored first through midfielder Emmanuel Hayford before Tanko Mohammed headed home the equalizer on the 45th minute mark at Kpando.
Though the capital-based side lost the chance to go level with arch-rivals Kotoko, coach Duncan was still pleased with certain aspects of his teamââ¬â¢s performance and believes they deserved more from the game.
ââ¬ÅI think we did well,â⬠Duncan said
ââ¬ÅI have kept saying that this is a team in progress. Weââ¬â¢re taken one match after the other and then at the end of the day we shall see how it goes.
ââ¬ÅWe dictated the pace and that was very good. Of course we could have done more but we canââ¬â¢t complain too much.ââ¬
Hearts will host Liberty Professionals in their next encounter on Wednesday October 23 in the city derby at the Accra sports stadium.
