Hearts of Oak hopes rivals Asante Kotoko drop points against Berekum Chelsea to make their league win over Medeama even more significant.
The Phobians rallied from a goal down to beat Medeama 2-1 on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium which takes them level on points with leaders Kotoko.
And with Kotoko not in action until Wednesday against second-placed Chelsea, assistant coach of Hearts Tanko Mohammed is hoping the Blues milk a point or even the maximum three off the Porcupine Warriors to their advantage.
ââ¬ÅNow that we have won we will be looking at the Kotoko-Chelsea game with keen interest,â⬠he told MTNFootball.com.
ââ¬ÅThis is a league and every team will be looking to take full advantage of any team who drops points.
ââ¬ÅI mean that is how league titles are won, you capitalize on the other contenderââ¬â¢s frailties so we will be hoping Chelsea gets points off them (Kotoko).ââ¬
Hearts will making a trip to the Tema Park to battle newly promoted Tema Youth in their next league outing.
