Influential midfielder Uriah Asante does not want to be drawn into speculations about his future following the expiration of his one-year loan deal with giants Heart of Oak.

Asante has reverted to second-tier side Pure Joy FC after Hearts failed to tie him down to a permanent deal.

Uriah has been linked with league champions Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko.

But the youngster has moved quickly to water down on the speculations by insisting he is in no rush to sort out his club future.

"At the moment my concentration is to get enough rest after a rather difficult season and so I am not going to talk about my club future in the years to come,’’ Asante told Peace FM

"I enjoyed my stay with Heart and at the moment my deal with them is over and as a professional I have reverted to my old club and that where the matter should end."

Asante was one of the outstanding performers for Hearts of Oak this season.
