Chairman of the National Chapters Committee  (the supporters wing) of Accra Hearts of Oak Alhaji Akanbi wants Ceo Fred Crentsil to either resign or be sacked.

This call according to the supporters Chairman has been neccessitated as a result of unfair treament metted to him by the Ceo during Hearts' 2-1 win over King Faisal on Sunday.

"I was as usual extending my greetings to the Hearts dignitaries present at the stadium only to be refused by the Ceo when i got to him," he said.

"It was so embarassing that even if Fred Crentsil has a problem with me, surely the stadium wasn't the apporpriate platfirm to settle scores. I as a whole supporters chairman to be embarassed that way, how?," he fumed.

Alhaji Akanbi went on to state reasons according to his sources for the Ceo's behaviour.

"I heard from my sources that he (CEO) was alleging i alongside a board member have taken monies from King Faisal for our players so they play it soft."

"I expected the Ceo to confront me with these false allegations at the apporpriate juncture so we sort things out as matured men but his behaviour has only attested that he is not fit to manage Accra Hearts of Oak.

"I have reported the matter to the board chairman, either Fred Crentsil leaves or i go along with my supporters," he added.

Meanwhile there were reports the Ceo was beaten after the game by joint supporters of Hearts and King Faisal.

The supporters were said to be upset over the reason why Hearts should beat King Faisal for the Kumasi-based club to be relegated.

However after suffering some punches and kicks, the Ceo says he would not be lodging an official complaint because he sees it as one of the hazards that comes with his job.
