Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of former Kotoko defender Evans Quao on a two-year deal, according to multiple reports in the local media.
Quao has been signed by the Phobians as a replacement for Ivorian Robin Gnagne who left at the end of last season.
The 27-year-old was released by Asante Kotoko after he failed to impress since joining.
He made only eight appearances after joining from ambitious side Medeama.
