Hearts of Oak interim head coach Seth Hoffmann took charge of his first training session at the Legon Ajax Park on Monday morning.

According to the club's website, the 46-year-old physical trainer and football coach led a two-hour highly intensive physical drill session at his first training.

Hoffmann's first session was overly dominated by physical drills with the players running through cones in short and long sprints.

"We have got some good time to work on our conditioning and so we did not want to waste time. The purpose of today's session is to help the functional system of the body of the players and this will go a long way in improving players' speed and endurance during games."

Team Hearts had about 85% of their players present for the morning session but Malik Akowuah, Winful Cobbinah, Kojo Obeng Junior, and James Sewornu were absent.
