Ahead of their highly anticipated FA Cup clash against Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak, Home Stars are leaving no stone unturned in their preparations.
The match is scheduled for Sunday, January 12th, at the University of Ghana Stadium, and the stakes are high for the Division One side.
Speaking to Happy FM, Emil Atandoh, the administrative manager of Home Stars, emphasized their readiness: “It is a normal routine we always do when we are going to play a match... But Accra Hearts of Oak everybody knows they are a big team, so our preparation... we have also intensified preparations... morale in camp is high.”
He further revealed the team’s positive mindset going into the game: “The boys are excited to play Accra Hearts of Oak and beat them... psychologically, physically, emotionally, and mentally, spiritually is part; the preparations are still going on.”
With such determination, Home Stars aim to upset Hearts of Oak and prove that even underdogs can triumph.
