Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak are on the verge of announcing the capture of talented midfielder Gorkel Ahortor after completing a routine medical on Friday.
The 21-year-old, who is known for his free-kick exploits, netted seven goals last season for Premier League rivals Inter Allies.
He passed his medical with the premier league giants and is expected to put pen to paper before the club play against his former side on Monday.
According to multiple reports, he was at the club’s training ground on Friday morning.
His contract with Inter Allies elapsed after the end of last season’s premier league.
