Hearts of Oak supporters have been angered by the decision of the club to allow striker Prince Attakora- Gyimah to leave.

Gyimah joined the former champions from BA Stars two seasons ago but astonishingly slapped in a transfer request with a year left on his existing contract.

The exciting winger cum striker has been tipped for greatness with his exquisite touches on the ball.

And the decision to allow him to leave the capital-based club has not gone down well with some of their supporters, who have turned their attention on social media to vent their frustration.

“I don’t know what is wrong with my team. Mahatma is leaving and you decide to allow Prince too to go? What kind of decision is that,” Mavis Boateng wrote on her facebook page.

Another fan posited: “Prince is a fantastic player and needs all the support rather than succumbing to his demands to move on.

“It’s the duty of a coach to hone the talent of players and make them suit his style of play. Gyimah should not go. We need him at the phobia family,” Paul Gyimah said

“I have watched a few clips of him, he is a fantastic player by all standards.. why this decision,” Maxwell wrote on his twitter page.”

The former Ghana Under-17 star has attracted interest from a host of clubs at home with giants Kotoko and Ashantigold believed to be monitoring the situation.

He has the ability to take on and beat defenders at the drop of a hat. His ability to move to the byline and deliver in accurate crosses instills fear in defenders.

The 21-year-old is an excellent dribbler with great pace and acceleration.

Gyimah was part of the Ghana Under-17 team that played at the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in South Korea.
