Heart of Lions midfielder Bright Nsiah is close to joining Hearts of Oak after agreeing personal terms with the club, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.
Nsiah is Hearts' top target for next season but huge financial demands nearly scuppered the deal in the initial stages.
But sources say the player and his representative have agreed the financial details even though his club are unaware of the move.
Lions have described Hearts' dealing with the player as disrespectful since the 2000 African champions are yet to table an official bid for the Ghana Under-23 player.
